  • Product Details

    SPECIALTY:

    Arabica coffee that is shade-grown, hand-picked, hand-sorted, sun-dried, and dry-processed is obtained from the best coffee estates of Karnataka.

    PROCESSING METHOD:

    The hand-picked, fully-ripe cherries are meticulously selected before being spread out in thin layers and sun-dried for a few days. Rakes are used to turn them continuously to achieve equal drying. Here is when the fermentation takes place, giving the coffee's outer shell its fruity and sweet flavour.
